No. If a minor is home alone, maintenance can not enter and an adult must be present.
If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a lock smith at your own expense. Durring business hours management can unlock your door.

The Palms offers two pools, two laundry rooms, off street parking, and we are a gated community.

Off-Street parking. All units come with 1 space. 3 bedrooms come with 2 spaces.

$500 Pet deposit up to two pets. $50 per month for dogs and $35 for cats.

Generally after all items have been received and the application has been submitted it takes anywhere from 2 minutes to 48 hours to be approved.
Application fee is $40. Security Deposit is $1250. Depending on the day of the month you move in will determine the prorated amount of rent for that month. If moved in after the 23rd, you will pay the prorated rent from the 23rd and the full months rent for the following month.
Conservice fees - water, water heating, trash, pest, sewage, and utility billing fee. Late fees.
No. But you are required to pay $15 for RLL - Renters Liability Insurance
The lease break fee is 2x the monthly base rent.
